We recently delivered a full-service clean at 480 Swan St, Richmond—an A-Grade commercial and retail development and home to major tenants including Australia Post and Silver Thomas Hanley.

Our team was engaged across multiple areas, including several high-end spec suites and key tenancies. From top to bottom, we handled it all—detailed cleans of striking boardrooms, kitchens, lunch rooms, amenities, and workstations, as well as full window cleaning with 360° coverage.

Special attention was given to all hard-surfaced floors, pavers, and tiles. Using our specialised scrubbing machinery, we ensured every finish—from polished concrete to high-traffic tile—was cleaned to spec and left looking sharp.

We also serviced the café space on the ground floor, wrapping the entire site with a consistent, high-standard finish. Another one delivered—on point and well received.
